- Participate in the deliberations with the Senior Management/CEO and /or MD aimed at preparation of Annual Business Plan especially of Revenue with Quarterly Targets.
- Ensure that the Business/Sales Targets are met with the EBIDTA margin approved by the Management.
- Gather Market Intelligence and provide inputs to the Top Management to facilitate fine tuning of strategies.
- Works on deals, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the Managing Director/CEO.
- Preparing Tender submissions ensuring all terms and conditions are read and understood and if clarifications needed are taken with internal or external stake holders in writing.
- Prepares presentations, proposals and brochures (with external help) for various products.
- Secures from customer staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
- Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered.
- Prepares potential customer list for cold calling for new business opportunities
- Utilizes Social Media to promote TA brand and reach out to potential customers for new business.
- Maintain good relations with customers; advise them of company’s products information relating to usage, application, etc.
- Ensure efficient and prompt services are provided to customers including handling their complaints in a timely manner
- To investigate customers complaints and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Regional languages are mandatory in all the locations.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Craft strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications and be creative
Knowledge in financial sector, mobile payment application added advantage.
